Developed using CAD modeling, 3D scanning, CFD analysis, and real-world flow testing, the EMPI Super Shroud delivers superior cooling, improved airflow efficiency, and precise fitment.

Designed in the classic 36hp-style shape, this late-model Doghouse shroud produces greater air volume than OEM and aftermarket options, increasing overall cooling capacity. It supports both stock (28–30mm) and larger 37mm fans for enhanced airflow.

Key improvements include:

• Velocity stack inlet (inspired by Porsche 356) for increased fan intake airflow
• Balanced air distribution across all cylinders for more consistent engine cooling
• Enhanced oil cooler airflow via integrated internal scoop
• Extended fin tips to improve air direction (simulating thermostat vane function)
• Improved lower edge design for better fit and sealing
• Cleaner OE-style appearance with optimized alternator mounting and fewer openings
