Can I request a Shipping Quote if the price seems too high?

YES! Please contact us at GEXEngines@aapistons.com or call 1.800.543.6805. We can work out a shipping quote just for your order. 

Do we offer Local Pick up?

Yes. We have local pick up available. Just select the local pick up option at the checkout page. Please be on the lookout for an email or text notification on when your order is ready for pickup. If you paid for shipping when the order was placed, once you come pick up your order you will be refunded the full shipping cost for the items picked up.

Customers can pick up orders at AA Performance Products from:

When do we ship?

Currently we don't have any drop-ship. All items are shipped from GEX - AA Performance Products at 1080 E Edna Place, Covina, CA 91724. We ship all in-stock items within 3 business days after the payment has cleared. Back-ordered items or Engines that need to be built may take 2 weeks or longer to fulfill. Feel free to reach out to us through our Contact Us page or by email (GEXEngines@aapistons.com) if you need to check on stock status before ordering.

Where do we ship to?

Domestic small parcel orders can choose between UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Orders with items including Engine Long Blocks and Turn keys will be shipped by LTL Freight.

How do we ship?

We prefer to use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is not applied except at buyer's request and expense.

Rates to ship?

We simply pass along our own charges as calculated by the UPS website.

Sales tax

We charge sales tax for items shipped to: CA (10.25%)

How to track an order that's been shipped?

You should receive a confirmation and delivery notice email after your order is received. The delivery notice email will also contain a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

Recycling of packing materials?

We encourage our customers to recycle as much of the shipping material as possible. This includes paper and cardboard packing materials.

Replacement or exchange:

Email / fax us the replacement or exchange request within 7 days of item received.

What can be returned?

All items can be refunded excluding shipping fee.

When do items need to be returned by?

You must request authorization for return by email or fax within 7 days of item received.

How do customers return items?

Best way is to return in original package, by original carrier. If not, priority mail is preferred. Customer should have a return authorization number, drop it down as memo is ok.

Credit for returns?

If paid by paypal, we refund thru paypal. If paid by credit card, we refund back to the card account.

Packing materials?

Original packaging is preferred, but not a must.
